The first of our 3 performances at the Playing in the Band festival at Schneidenbach, Lower Saxony. A late start, curfew and post-heatwave torrential rain starting around midnight in mid-set, with monitors and wires having to be pushed back from the stage edge, gave the evening a certain character. The storm saw some take to their tents, while others just kept on dancin’ in the rain.
